These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PoliticSNS ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

PoliticSNS is an anonymous social network for discussing politics and society. You are not required to provide a real name; an anonymous identifier and display name are assigned automatically when you first visit.

2. Acceptable Use

When using the Service you agree not to:

Post content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, or that incites violence;
Post hate speech directed at a person or group on the basis of protected characteristics;
Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;

Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

3. Content You Post

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant PoliticSNS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

4. Moderation

We may remove content, restrict accounts, or block users that violate these Terms or the Community Rules shown on the site, with or without notice, at our discretion. Content can be reported using the "Report" action on posts and comments.

5. Anonymity and Abuse

The Service is designed to let you participate without disclosing your real identity. We do not verify identities. Do not use anonymity to harass others, evade a block, or engage in illegal activity; doing so may result in your access being suspended or terminated and, where required by law, disclosure of information to authorities.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Views expressed by users are their own and do not reflect the views of PoliticSNS. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any content posted by users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoliticSNS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
